Our Founder’s Story
Our founder started his career young, hungry, driven, and committed to public service. He entered law enforcement early, growing through the jail system and seeing firsthand how operations fall apart when leadership is weak and people are promoted for the wrong reasons.
He worked under a terrible leader, the kind who rewarded favorites instead of workers, who cared more about control than growth. That experience sparked a fire:
